A contract without language barriers
The lease is signed directly between you and the tenant. I arrange the draft, the translation and, on request, a lawyer’s review.
Management on request
Tenant communication, repairs and cleaning as an extra. Ideal if you do not live in Budapest.
Everyone who enters your flat is vetted first
The most common source of trouble is the wrong tenant. That is why I establish who we are dealing with before the first viewing.
- Identity. ID and contact details are on file before any appointment.
- Ability to pay. Proof of income, parental guarantee or study funding.
- Study or work. Enrolment or employment contract, so I know why someone is in Budapest.
- Personal interview. I speak to every applicant myself before proposing them to you.
